Single
Lamination - Foam backing between 0.5mm and 12mm thickness
to give support or cushioning to almost any fabric between
100cms and 180cms wide. For instance, brushed nylon fabrics
for display coverings or case linings, given a foam backing
to improve the look and feel of the finished product.
Sandwich
lamination - The lamination of two fabric substrates.
This process offers a soft flexible lamination which is
ideal for clothing and footwear applications where a reversible
or lined appearance is required. The foam on this process
can be either almost completely invisible and used only
to bond the two fabrics together or can be processed to
a finished foam thickness of up to 8mm.
