About the Company

Our factory specialises in the production of latex foam coated fabrics. The latex foam is produced on various substrates which can be perforated and is available in a wide range of colours and thicknesses.

We also produce heat reflective ironing board fabrics which can be polyurethene foam coated and perforated for use in the production of ironing board covers.

Lancashire Sock are well established high quality commission textile laminators, and we have recently incorporated the production facilities of two other laminating companies - Greenfield Laminators of Skipton and Textile Combining Ltd of Barnsley into our factory at Britannia Mill. Their specialised knowledge and machinery include flame lamination, powder and film lamination as well as extra preparation, trimming and slitting facilities which have added considerably to the services we are able to offer.

We can now commission laminate a wide variety of customers fabrics both by flame laminations and by thermo adhesive web, film and powder.

We laminate all kinds of woven and non-woven textiles, fur fabrics, foams, foils and PVC in both rolls and sheets up to 2 metres wide.

We can also thermo-adhesive scatter coat fabrics with EVA and other hot melt adhesives.

One of our growth products is Synthetic chamois cloths which can be perforated and automatically cut into individual pieces for window and car cleaning cloths.
