Lancashire Sock has been a major supplier of Latex foam for over 25 years and in that period has built up a wealth of manufacturing skills, supported by technical expertise.

Our latex foams are supplied wherever cushioning, comfort and protection are required in all types of footwear i.e., sports shoes, safety boots, casuals, slippers, fashion shoes and boots.

We offer a range of thicknesses up to 9mm and densities from soft (170 kilos/m3) to extra hard (350 kilos/m3).

Counter Collar Cushioning - Latex foam stripping for counter edge ankle cushioning

Integral Full Sock - All specifications offer the high scuff resistance required, with good cushioning properties. For sports footwear, our range includes cambrelle and towelling's for good moisture absorption.

Half & Three Quarter Socks - Numerous specifications available.  Keep your individual style by sending your own designs to us for coating.

Removable Insoles - Walk on air! Reduces friction and relieves pressure on tender areas of the foot. Hygenic and washable. Used with rayon / cotton fabrics for coolness in summer or fleecy fabrics for extra warmth in winter. These can be embossed, perforated, anti bacterial treated or scented to customers requirements. Wool fabrics can also be quilted and laminated to foil with non-slip latex coatings if required.

Cushioned Heel Sock - Gives additional protection and extra cushioning where needed. It also relieves pressure on the heel and reduces friction.

Counter & Quarter Lining - Gives extra protection in safety boots, also reduces friction in sports shoes.

Toe Cushion Unit - Gives cushioning and is easily cut to shape.

Tongue Cushioning & Lining - Easily stitched or stuck into place to reduce irritation and pressure from laces.
