Lancashire Sock has been a major supplier of Latex foam for over 35 years and in that time has built up a wealth of manufacturing skills supported by technical expertise. All our products conform to the highest European REACH standards and do not contain any harmful chemical.

FOOTWEAR COMPONENTS
Our latex foams are supplied wherever cushioning, comfort & protection are required in all types of footwear. i.e. Sports Shoes, Safety Boots, Casuals, Slippers, Fashion Shoes and Boots.
We offer a range of thickness' up to 12mm and densities from Soft 17 density (170 kilos/m3) to Extra hard 35 density (350 kilos/m3).

GOAL KEEPER GLOVES
We manufacture a special quality latex coated on knitted fabrics for making goal keeper gloves.

LATEX FOAM COATED FABRICS FOR INSOLES
Latex foam can be coated on many different fabrics including cottons and polyesters that combine comfort and durability with good washability.

Choose a single layer - single colour latex, or multi layer with different colours. Many different foam emboss designs are also available to provide anti-slip. Additives such as Active Charcoal, Anti-bacterials and Anti-microbials can be combined with the latex to provide excellent odour destroying properties. We can also perforate the fabrics for air circulation and add perfumes for freshness.

LATEX BACK COATINGS FOR TUFTED CARPETS AND BATHMATS AND ARTIFICIAL GRASS
Customers own carpet or artificial grass can be coated with washable latex to 'lock' the tufts or with heat mouldable latex for use in cars and vans - up to 2 metres wide.

NON-SLIP COATINGS
Specially formulated non-slip rubber coatings are produced for a wide variety of end uses including gym mat backing and table protectors.

CHIROPODY FOAMS
We supply a full range of Chiropody foam laminates e.g. 3, 5 and 7mm Pink Chiropody latex with brushed swansdown or 100% Wool.
Also lacquer coated 2 layer latex for use in corn and bunion pads, laminated and latex coated brushed nylon for ball of foot, half insoles and profiled heel cushion pads.
